The wildlife sightings around the hotel were a delightful surprise.
The information about tide timings was not accurate, which posed a risk during our stay.

The swimming pool was well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The food quality, particularly the grill options, stood out as a highlight during our stay. However, the room lacked proper cleanliness and was not well-equipped, with only two towels for our family. The service in the restaurant was lacking due to insufficient staff, making dining a frustrating experience, especially without air conditioning in the dining area.

A Memorable Family Getaway
We had an unforgettable stay exploring Costa Rica! The staff treated us like family, especially during my husband's birthday celebration. The birdwatching tours were incredible, and the on-site restaurant offered flavorful local dishes. Pro tip, try the fresh ceviche! Bring plenty of sunscreen for the beach walks.

The pool area stood out. it was clean and had a lively atmosphere with great music from the DJ. Staff remained friendly and attentive throughout my stay. My room, a Superior Double Room, was spacious and tidy, making it comfortable for my family. However, the journey to the beach was disappointing. it required a 15-minute walk under the hot sun. The access to Playa Blanco was restricted, which felt misleading. Dining experiences varied—while the breakfast buffet was decent, lunch choices became monotonous. I also faced issues with my jacuzzi. initially, it wasn’t working and had lukewarm water. Although the staff quickly addressed the issue, it added some frustration. Wi-Fi was only available in common areas, limiting connection convenience. The loud music made it hard to relax at times. I think they need more shaded areas around the pool to escape the sun. A few improvements could make this hotel much better.

The swimming pool was fantastic, and we loved lounging on the sun terrace with a drink in hand. It was also great to have beach access and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The only hiccup was that the balcony door was a bit tricky to close, but it didn't ruin our fun. 🌴
